  : Staff was very friendly and check in was quick, breakfast was very good and there were many options.
  : The shower handle in the bathroom was quite compact. Ideally, it would have been a bit bigger for easier use.

  : The room was very dirty . There was dust and lot of sticky substance on the floor , the floor was covered with white dust .I even saw blood stains on the wall next to the sink .I called the supervisor several times to change my room but they didn’t .i have 2 kids and I don’t want them to sleep in a dirty room I have photos and videos.They didn’t change my room.Am paying for a clean room which is the least minimum.They offered to give me 50$ off which is very little compare to this inconvenience.I stayed in Hyatt in many places before and that was the worst experienceI was very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to anyone .Staff very impolite and rude and liars because they promised that they will refund us 50$ for each night and they didn’t .Plus they telling us to leave and to find another hotel because they don’t have any available room .
