  : The water heater was vibrating all night making a loud noise and vibrating the whole apartment. It kept me awake most of the night. It wasnt until the morning that we worked out that it was the water heater. Also the non stick frying pans and pots need to be replaced as they have been scratched and are a health hazard.

  : Not too important to the overall impression, but at first it was difficult to find a location to enter the underground parking lot.

  : SPA facilities were good, clean and stylish. Right in the center, next door to SPAR supermarket and 5 min walk to both Cross Country Skiing and junior slopes. Beautiful scenery.The appearance of the bedroom was nice.Kitchen looks nice too, but gets very dark, lighting not great. The entire apparent block is well presented, including the entrance and corridors. Very warm apartment. Good range of kitchen utensils. Reception staff easy to contact, replies immediately even after hours.
  : Most uncomfortable sofa bed, squeaking loudly every time you move, sincking in the middle which gives you back pain. Pillows have been washed too many times and are completely damaged.Bathroom is outdated, mold between the tiles, no lock on the door. Very dark.Only one mirror in the entire apparent, the bathroom mirror with very poor lighting. Poor lighting across the entire apparent, some spotlights on the ceiling & kitchen and bathroom units will be a great improvement.Very noisy as walls are not noise proof. Floor is dirty, looks like they only sweeping or using vacuum cleaners but never mop. Floor fees very unhygienic. No oven.Small camps, no tea mugs.No smart TV, no Netflix, YouTube or Internet connection. No security/ secured entrance downstairs, so we had to chase out drunk teenagers who were vandalising the entrance area one night and running in the corridors.
