  : The hotel has all the facilities that are needed, green neighborhood, tasty food with great choice.
  : Paid wi-fi, old sports equipment, the hotel was not repaid for a long time, the mattress was with the dent.

  : The hotel is a very typical "package" hotel where the majority is not coming from booking but from some touristic companies. I booked it because my parents were staying there. The food was ok, a lot of choices, everything fresh, but nothing really super tasty or exceptional and it was kind of repeating. The territory is not huge but very green and nice. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach alongside the lake was nice as well. A lot of personnel, some is really nice and helpful, some so-so. Some staff speak Russian really good, some speak German, English was also not a problem. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed all the time (even though I did not put them on the floor ad it is usually done). I don't know if it's covid, but we got all-inclusive for 50 euro/night and I think it is a super great price for what we had. I was also able to make a test for the flight just at the hotel which was convenient.
  : The alcohol is just awful as mentioned before. Tea and coffee are also so-so, turkish coffee and fresh juice can be ordered for a price (was good). The wifi for booking guests is free but only for one device, if you want to connect your computer additionally to your phone it is only for a price. The "normal" guests have only wifi in a lobby which is so slow and awful that you cannot do anything. I do not understand this policy of different categories of guests at all. Some personnel does not wear a mask (especially managers!) and guests do not keep their distance and nobody says them anything. We did not try the spa because it was only till 17. And we could not find any animation manager to get the sports equipment (the staff at the reception was not able to get us anything, they said they do not have the keys). We had a conflict with the manager at the end of our stay when we were asked to pay 30 euro (the whole day was 50) to keep our room in a half-empty hotel till 15.30 and then to pay go to the dinner (!) which is usually no problem even when you check-out of your room. The conflict was absolutely unnecessary

  : it has everything you need for all-inclusive vacation . Great entertainment program every day.
  : facilities are old and weary. Its not far to the beach, but still you need to walk like 5-10 mins

  : It was in a good location, similar to most hotels in this location.
  : Hotel staff advised the room that was booked (double sea/pool view) was not available. They offered a room for the night and advised to return to reception the next morning and they would have another room ready.After being given the keys to a new room, it was a great surprise to find another guests belongings in the room. The hotel staff stated that there was nothing they could do and advised the only rook available was the one they had offered on the first night (car park view).The staff were less than unhelpful, they were blatantly rude, and appeared to be making things difficult on purpose.The hotel was unclean/dirty throughout. The room had a strong smell of sewage, staff were informed and they sent someone into the room who left in less than ten minutes stating the problem was fixed. The smell was no better or worse after staff had claimed to have fixed it and were unwilling to come and inspect again.Finally, the food was inedible. Im no stranger to both excellent and poor food, and will eat either. However the food at the hotel as consistently inedible.We left after one night due to our holiday being ruined.
