  : The apt was very clean and well maintained.
  : The staff was not very interested in giving us a good experience. It may be because of the season ending soon or for whatever other reason. I really couldn't tell. Every night it was rather noisy from either one level above or below.Bring your own salt/pepper and nespresso capsules.

  : Hotel is very nice, if you get room on the left side of the building and far from the bar.
  : Appartment Weissdorn (Nr. 111, on the right side of building) is just above the Weinkappelle bar + hotel kitchen. After midnight bartenders in a bar turn the music on really high level (I like Pearl Jam or Simon&Garfunkel, but not at half past two). Malfunction of automatic doors between the bar and kitchen causes that it opens/close every 7 seconds with annoying BOOM sound. Then, on early morning, comes in the bar a maid and starts to clean = shuffling chairs at 6 o'clock is also not pleasant. And finally what destroys rest of your sleeping - just beside the hotel is a supermarket which has loading area just few meters from your windows... So at 7 o'clock you hear unloading of trucks and riding of carts full of food supplies. This apartment should be used like a torture room for public purposes, not for accomodation of families with kids!

  : The breakfast was very good. Buffet with eggs if you want them. Rooms were comfortable and the staff were very freindly.

  : The location in the hart of the centre, the bar inside the hotel, the car parking of the hotel.
  : Very bad wifi connection, sometimes there was no water available from the tap or the shower, too much chloride in the pool was very uncomfortable. Although the personnel was friendly and available, they were more focussed on the guests of the bar than the guests of the hotel.

  : Th hotel has a great location in the Serfaus centre, close to the U-bahn. The hotel has a parking space, so no problem at all to reach it by car.The room is clean, spacious and had mountain view on the nice balcony. The breakfast is really great and all staff is friendly and helpful. We were allowed to park in the hotels parking space even after checkout.The hotel has a very nice and clean pool and sauna area.
  : The hotel bar / restaurant has a limited menu, so you have to eat out. Eating out is not a problem, we can recommend the Mexican restaurant in Serfaus.
