  : We arrived around 5 pm and unfortunately I still havent got any mail with the instructions how to find the appartement or the keys, so I had to contact the owner by phone by myself. Everything was very complicated and we had to wait for 45 minutes in our car, before we knew where it was and how we could enter the appartement! In the appartement itself, none of the heater were on, so we had to turn them on after our arrival. And you can imagine that the appartement was cold (due to the date 21.12.!!!) Absolutely not comfortable!In the kitchen we only found one wine glas (even if you can rent the appartement for four persons), no cups for the coffee, only 3 small glasses and three extra small glasses. There was only salt and pepper, no olive oil for cooking, just one kitchen towel, a washing machine but no clothes horse, no shower gel even if on the Booking site of the appartement it is writing to be there, etc... really disappointing! I do a lot of Airbnbs but I never had such a bad experience in a flat...
