  : The breakfast is good, the apartments are quite clean, very good parking, a bottle of wine as a gift from the owner. We also came with another child (4 years old), we were allowed not to pay extra. The place for breakfast is nice, with elements of design, but most importantly: unfortunately, the description and photos of the apartments did not correspond to reality. And we are faced with many restrictions (In many places - it was announced that this is a private area where you can not go)
  : First of all, the discrepancy between the description of the apartments and what we saw. The room is shown as 80 m, but in fact it is a maximum of 50 m. In the description of the apartment it is written that the apartment is the first floor, but in fact it is a small part of the first floor. Everything else is a private area with many restrictions, for example, the hall and what is shown in many photos, we could not use at our discretion. Why then do the owners show these photos? Instead of two bedrooms - one. In the description - one double bed, 2 single beds, 2 sofa beds. In fact - one double bed and two single beds, which are placed in the kitchen. Looking at the description, we decided to take a small third child (4 years old) with us, the owners allowed us without additional payment (thanks for that), but it was uncomfortable to sleep due to the different number of beds...The villa itself is beautiful, but in order to spend a good time there, you need to clarify everything before making a reservation decision

  : location far from center a private villa, so calm and quiet and secure. awesome breakfast with everything and even more, cooked and prepared with love. a fridge in the room. possibility to store luggage before check in
  : a bit small room, in second room (living room) there was not a normal bed for second persone but a portable bed so the back was a bit with pain. dog's popoo on a passway in garden ))) though dog itself is super sweet. At first meeting the host looked a bit grumpy, but as soon as our papa started to speak italian, everything was very friendly

  : Gianfranco was an amazing host. The apartment had every amenity and the breakfast was amazing! The proximity to Milan was also very convenient on the train.
