  : We did not get to stay at Wilderness location. We arrived and were told that we had been bumped to the Collier Road location. Very disappointed for our young grandkids. That should not be allowed! We we NOT NOTIFIED BEFORE WE CAME!
  : We stayed at Wilderness in January. Loved it so decided to return with our grandkids. Then we were bumped and never notified until we arrived. Unacceptable!

  : This was my second time staying here. The apartment is well set up and very welcoming! It had everything I needed and more.
  : While my room was fantastic, the resort leaves much to be desired. I'm accustomed to over priced hotel food. But I expect quality options. What is offered is the equivalent of theme park food at resort prices. There are some better adult options, but all kid friendly food is junk. Breakfast is not included, but serves the same things you'd expect at a free continental breakfast. The only difference is a server who tells you where to sit and brings you drinks... And wants a tip!? There aren't many delivery options. The indoor Waterpark is ok. But, there were several young football players. My daughter and nieces could not take a turn on the slides because they would not let them. No staff corrected the issue! These boys were running, and pushing each other. The girls had to just get out of their way. They ended up playing in the toddler area despite being 6, 7, & 9.
