  : This property has the potential to be a great property with the views and the lay out of the home. Attention to detail is needed. There was a problem with centipedes that could be easily resolved with spray. The sunroom was a great addition but there is need for it to be spruced up. Overall the home was nice and clean but just needs to detail work.

  : Location was fairly close to Gatlinburg. The house was very clean and furnished in a modern way. It was almost serene. Very quiet too, with only 2 more neighboring houses. The Mountain Views were most spectacular and were pretty much 360 degrees from the large living room window. The views were so good, everyone in our party thought they were better than the ones from the overlooks on the Foothills and Blue Ridge Parkways. The beds were all king size. Unfortunately, the bed linens were not changed from the previous guests. My 14-year-old daughter pointed out hair all over her sheets. I checked other beds, and they were all loaded with people’s hair, some looked like it was from the areas down under... The company really needs to stress to their housekeeping the importance of fresh sheets. It’s really sad when a 14-year-old child gets grossed out by the linens. Another minus was a hornet nest on the terrace of the first level. Some wasps got into the screened-in area through the cracks in the staircase. A few wooden railings on the porch were hanging loose with nails sticking out, which was surprising because the house looked very new. The driveway, although very nicely paved, was very steep coming down. Keep your breaks full on and hope they don’t give out! But other than those few negatives, the house, the views, and the location were wonderful and would stay there again.
