: The location was beautiful with views of the mountains. The cabin was very clean. Loved the theater room.

: The location would have been pretty (if you ignore the trash on the hillside). The location is convenient to pigeon forge. You only hear highway noise sometimes. The unintentional bidet was interesting and a cold unexpected rush in the morning.
: Note: Instead of a refundable deposit the fees are kept-that makes the stay over 50% more expensive than advertised. (It's easy to overlook that fact when booking.) There was no host to give keys, and the lockbox code was wrong. I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with VACASA trying to get the code. The downstairs toilet shoots toilet water at your bottom if someone upstairs makes the mistake of flushing it. The sheets for the pull away bed were dirty (visibly so) and had to be washed before the bed could be used. FYI, the chemicals in the spa are different than standard and had an aggressive chemical smell and feel. I pulled 2 glasses out of the cabinet that were dirty.

: It snowed a few hours one night.
: The upper windows throughout were very dirty. Couldn't see out of them. Outside of the cabin was dirty and moldy. The recessed lighting in the kitchen area had bulbs out. The living room curtains had holes in them. It was a dark and gloomy cabin, even in the day time. Only one lamp in the living room and both bedrooms. Only one night stand in both bedrooms. Actually used a cooler on one side of the bed to sit stuff on and charge phones. Couldn't figure out how to use the theatre system downstairs. Need better instructions. Critters in the ceiling kept us awake several nights.
