  : That it said it was 14 miles from pigeon forge. It may have been but it took 45 minutes to get there. Up a mountain 2600 feet on a very dangerous road and that it was next to a recovery center which was not disclosed. We had several issues from the very beginning. We were not receiving any emails. Upon Our confirmation so we did not know any of the codes to get into the gate or the building or any type of instructions for check-in and check-out. I did call before we got there to get the information. However upon arrival we pull up to this building and there's no guard on duty so you have to get out of your car and go to the porch to put in a code on a box to press a button to get in, very inconvenient when its raining. It's very inconvenient got to our room it was fine, very clean but small. When we went to leave we had another issue with how to lock the door we had to call booking.com to figure out how to do that and have someone from maintenance call us back to walk us through. There is also no phone service up there. They do have Wi-Fi in the room but if you're trying to make a phone call you can forget it
