  : WARNING This is NOT a 5 bedroom cabin. On Booking.com, it is listed as having 5 bedrooms. This house does not have 5 bedrooms it has two bedrooms. Not only does Booking.com have the incorrect number of bedrooms listed, but under the clarification questions it is further reiterated that this cabin only has 5 bedrooms. This cabin has two bedrooms with full-sized beds, three pull out couches, a pull out chair, and a set of bunk beds (also some air mattresses crammed into a closet). The cabin was listed as having five queen beds the cabin has zero queen beds. The beds and pull-out couches (and air mattresses if you count those) are full-sized. Furthermore, the house is listed as capable of sleeping 14 guests. After extensive searching, my family was unable to figure out how the cabin could possibly hold 14 guests. Counting the pull out couches and chairs, the cabin can sleep 13 at most (including a small fold out chair that most adults could not fit on).We found some air mattresses crammed into a closet so perhaps the count included these, which Ive never seen done before and quite frankly find ridiculous. The cabin is also listed as having 4 full bathrooms, with a shower and bath. There is no bathtub in the cabin and there are 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. When I pointed out these various inconsistencies and false-advertising to the property management company, Vacasa of the cabin, they blamed it on Booking.com. In response, I reached out to Booking.com in hopes that they would properly address the fact that I paid for a five bedroom cabin and only received one with two bedrooms. Sadly, the blame game continued and the blame was passed back to Vacasa. My concerns were not properly addressed and no attempt was made to remove the false advertising from the cabin listing. Additionally, the rest of my experience was rather unpleasant, with a lack of amenities (no bedding for pullouts, no hair dryer, no oven mitts), unclean sheets and mice infestation.

  : view was great, drive up was fun. love the wrap around deck and windows!
  : beds and pullout couches need to be updated, very worn out. uncomfortable. gas for grill was empty upon arrival, called 3 times on fourth night went and filled my self. a more direct number for contacts would be nice, talked with Vacasa multiple times but never property owner or manager.

  : Beautiful view and property Lots of bear activity which we had seen in other reviews. Momma bear visited deck daily checking out grill and by fourth day brought her cub. Amazing experience for grandson so see them so close. Great pic and video of cub looking at him through cabin windows
  : Steep road to cabin but that was expected and drier needed to be run multiple times even on small load

  : I already wrote a review the stay was horrible I try reaching out to the Vacasa team and no one returned my call back. The cabin was nasty, dirty, that we couldnt enjoy everything that it came with. The hot tub was full of bubbles with dirt, the toilet had a dirty ring around it, the garbage can in the kitchen was super nasty, the pillow cases look like they wasnt changed, it was hard to get into the cabin and we was surrounded by bears and the parking is horrible

  : staff didnt come to fix the hot tub and found mouse droppings in the pull out couch. contacted support and they responded but no one showed up. when contacting them again they didnt respond when I asked for a possible refund other than theyd talk to management. havent heard from them since the first night here
