  : Very central and its so easy to walk everywhere. The flat has everything you need.

  : Great location, clean apartment with a terrace.
  : Keypad instructions were on 2 different communications and didn't work initially. I texted and waited at the door for 25 minutes before getting in, and it was inferred it was my fault.

  : Position very good for walking around Seville, accomodation very good and comfortable with all facilities and terrace overlooking an interesting street which was on the horse drawn carriage route. Washing machine was a bonus for us as we were travelling around for a month.AZZ sent us several e mails offering airport transfers etc which we didnt require as we were driving but would be helpful if you were not.

  : Very friendly and accommodating reception. We were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel because we arrived early. The location is perfect! The terrace was great and very large. The apartment was big enough and very bright, which was lovely, and the views over the rooftops were lovely.
  : When we first walked into the apartment there was a nice, fresh fragrance. After a while, though, there was a very unpleasant and musty odour in the kitchen (a moldy smell) that we could not trace or get rid of. It would also have been nice to have a few simple amenities available for the kitchen, such as a dish towel, hand towel, and more soap. A kitchen kit was provided, but this only included a small tube of dish soap, a sponge, and a yellow dish cloth. The toilet seat was broken, but this was fixed after a couple of days. The sink in the bathroom is also loose, so we were careful not to lean on it. We also did not have enough toilet paper, and since apartments are serviced every 7 days, we had to ask for paper when we saw room attendants. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable, unfortunately. Additionally, the apartment manual provided had detailed information about the amenities in the apartment, including instructions for the use of a Smart T.V. However, the television we had was an older model and was not at all a Smart T.V., which was disappointing. Finally, we could hear a lot of noise and voices in other apartments, and this sometimes woke us up in the middle of the night.

  : Quite expensive for the quality. Clearly was once a decent place but a little run down. Not terrible, would stay again but have stayed in cheaper places with better quality facilities.
