  : Horrible, there was no reception, the check-in was difficult because instead of sending a whatsapp with the key box code, they made me call a number but the person giving the instruction was hard to understand and we ended up breaking in an already occupied room. We had to call 3 times to check-in. When we finally found the room, it did not match the online photos, it was dirty, tv not working, the toilet was outside, smelly, dirty, broken shower, ceiling falling apart, long hairs on the floor. They provided only 1 towel although our reservation was for 2 and although we contacted them, they ignored us, they told us to go downstairs and look for a towel ourselves, since there is no staff, but there were no towels at all, only blankets. So we had to share the only one they provided. Very noisy, I did not feel safe.

  : Location. If I could get hold of owner I would have insisted on my money back. This place should be removed by Booking.com as a listed facility.
  : I always read negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Thinking these people live in castle cleaned by numerous staff. But this institute cannot be called a hotel. The bad reviews don't tell the full story. You cannot describe the filthy substance in the shower. We placed a towel in the shower to stand on. The shower is no bigger than 500x500mm with a curtain clinging to your body. Black mold (Black mold is a fungus that can trigger an immune response.) between the tiles in bathroom, the dirt on the bathroom floor. Hair from the previous guests. Please see my photos as proof. In the blue circle you will see the dirt before and after I cleaned it with toilet paper and no chemical. The filth on the shower floor you could scrape off with your fingernail. See blue square on photo. Our room only had a handheld shower. There were no place to hook it in. You need 3 hand to shower. One to keep the curtain away, one to hold the shower and one to wash yourself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE. I was willing to pay 25 euro per night more if I could get my money back. The owner hasn't answered any messages since the 13th it is now the 30th. They give you a whatsapp number but it doesn't work. No kettle to boil water.
