Policies

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 12 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 3 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 9 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Pierre & Vacances Sevilla in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
A baby kit (suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg) is available on request, at an extra cost. The kit includes 1 cot with 1 bedsheet and 1 high chair for babies aged from 6 months old.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies:
- 75 EUR per pet, per week
- 12 EUR per pet, per night
Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per apartment is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 25 kilos.
All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations for rabies.
