  : The apartment was spacious and well designed with a very stylish bathroom. There was a great little kitchen with everything well provided. The young lady who met me on arrival was sweet and very kind. You are certainly bang in the middle of the most touristy spot in town, if that appeals.
  : I didnt mind the street noise as it was as expected in such a central location. However, the views were disappointing and the balconies not as described. The Giralda, although technically in sight, is undergoing maintenance and currently scaffolded/covered so could not anyway be seen from the apartments aspect. (In fact, the noise from the renovations was very disturbing throughout the heat of the day.) There were not two balconies as promoted but one single narrow ledge little wider than my foot. (Photos and videos available for Booking.com on request.) There were, admittedly, two - hard to open/one broken - shutter doors, which were better kept closed against the heat and noise. In one direction you can make out the shrouded Giralda at some distance, if you crane your neck to the left. There was no view of the Cathedral in the other direction as described - only the very busy street. (It is hard to imagine how this description could ever apply so I conclude that I must have been put in the wrong place.) The room was dark and gloomy with strange/funky lighting. As remarked elsewhere, the bedding was cheap and uncomfortable - with inadequate pillows and an unpleasant nylon coverlet plus cheap cushions. The electronic system worked well enough, once initiated, but it was a soulless, impersonal experience which I was glad to leave behind.

  : Very friendly and responsive staff - Javier was very welcoming and gave great recommendations. Fantastic views and perfect location.

  : Location, staff was very friendly, has a pool (our room did, not sure if all rooms do). Has two bathrooms which is very convenient. AC was nice and cold. Has an elevator which is great when traveling with big suitcases.
  : Some of the amenities were slightly worn, the second toilet was missing the door, and the main bathrooms seal was no longer working so water from the shower leaked to the bathroom. Other people were very loud in the building, constantly slamming doors but thatsSolved with noise cancelling headphones.

  : Great location in a wonderful city.
  : Night and early morning noise! , not from within the property, that was perfect. But the noise of deliveries from very early hours was really over the top. I know it has nothing to do with this property but it does have an effect. We got ear plugs to calm it down but to no avail when the glass recycling truck came round. We did not let it stop us having a fantastic few days in a perfect apartment.

  : The location, the rain shower water pressure and the views!
  : The apartment was filthy, the pool was mouldy and the upstairs day bed needed a good scrub! We complained and agreed for the staff to attempt to fix the next day, or we wanted a refund. The staff did clean the apartment and scrubbed the pool. But the pool was so cloudy after the clean; it was unusable. We had to stay out of our apartment for several hours to enable a thorough clean. No recompense was offered, although we revived a small gift basket. The apartment is tired and needs a good scrub and paint.

  : View of the atrium was a bit deceptive, I imagined a small courtyard, it was actually the size of a lift shaft so no real sunlight coming into the room. Some drawers to put clothes would have been good also

  : Shower flooded the room made all our stuff wet, no fan in bathroom so again lots of moisture. No window or view in the apartment we stayed in.

  : The receptionist was exceptional she went above and beyond for us and I cant thank her enough..a true credit to you .Jacuzzi was bliss however felt like we were being overlooked perhaps some privacy screening should be considered The bed was very comfortable but a little low ( someone like me with disabilities struggle to get off the bed)
  : Jacuzzi room Way too small the shower extension did not work the sink wasnt fixed property with black runs underneath which you can see whilst sitting on the bed cleanliness could be better .Also English really like English /black tea and plenty of it do 2x teabags teabags was not adequate also lacking milk.Also extra cushions should be made available Also felt like I was on top of the bed whilst using the toilet in general the toon is way too small
