  : Great location with spacious parking, easy check-in, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, quiet neighborhood, abundant supply of wood
  : Trash was still in the kitchen, there were no hand towels or rags in the kitchen or bathrooms, there was no soap for the dishwasher, the beds weren't all made, and the thermostat must be preprogrammed because every time we turned it down it was back up to 70+ in a few hours which made the two bedrooms on the main floor very hot

  : The location and views
  : The rental company. The cabin was nasty. Had not been cleaned in a while. All the "clean"dishes had to be washed before using. Trash was over flowing. The floors were covered in dirt and food and sticky residue. When we called to ask for the rental company to come clean , only cleaning supplies were dropped off but to maid service was completed and was still charged for cleaning services for our stay. Owner was nice but rental company was crap. We had to shovel all the snow from the cars to the house to gain access. Dryer did not work. The two bedrooms on the main floor were extremehot while the rest of the house was chilly.

  : the property was just the right size with the room layout that really fit our family.
  : We spent a lot of money on the cleaning fee. I expected that it would be clean when we checked in. There was food dripping down the white cabinets. The dishes in the cabinets were NOT clean (the dishwasher did not clean the dishes well). We had to wash dishes before our first meal. Cookies sheets in the oven drawer had food left in them, it was clear that they were put away dirty.
