  : It was close to where we were going to wedding
  : Service was slow. No one came to front desk to check us in (even after ringing the bell about 10 times). Had to wait about 10-15 minutes. Keys wouldn’t open our door or outside door. Had to get them replaced but outside door wouldn’t open with any key. No ice bucket, had to ask for that too. With this Covid pandemic the hotel should have been spotless but the stairwell was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks. Hot tub wasn’t working either. Also bed sheets were worn very thin. The place needs to be updated. Probably won’t stay there again. Disappointed somewhat with our stay. Also upstairs window wouldn’t lock.

  : The INDOOR pool was dirty and disgusting! Green Alge Around the edges and brown bloom all over the bottom. The jacuzzi was full and heated but not working. It was gross and dirty anyway. The entire motel in run down, stained and smells funky. This place is in need of some serious work. The public bathrooms in the pool area even had rusty metal doors and heat registers. They have a patio out back but you can’t use it because it’s all dilapidated and falling down. I can’t believe Wyndham even puts their name on this place. The room was fairly clean but very dated and stained etc.Water stains on all the ceilings with half asses patches. Good grief this place should be an embarrassment to your name

  : No breakfast available. The containers were empty at 0700 and never refilled. The room was cleaned our second day extremely well.
  : The breakfast being available. My key didn't work the first day. Not enough towels. Registered for 4 people, 3 towels left in room. Pool disgusting. Hall carpets needed cleaning.

  : Overpriced - ac didn't work in the room - pool wasn't heated - jets didn't work in the hot tube - dirty carpet everywhere - found ants on our food in the morning.

  : It was close to the wedding venue and available it.
  : The sheer curtains, one was missing, the other torn. Found popcorn and ??? on the floor. Carpet was old and dirty. Ice machine was broken, maid came in to clean the refrigerator because, I assume, previous tenant left something red in the freezer that thawed and left a mess. Outside landscaping was/is in dire need of weeding. Cost for 2 nights was way more than if we'd stayed in a Hilton! Said due to race nearby. Room rate was listed as $68 per night, we were charged $353 for 2 nights. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this motel. We made our reservation months in advance. Made it at this motel because of close proximity to wedding venue and had room available. Others required a 3 night stay and were either more expensive or weren't available due to race at Elkhart.
