  : The room was very dusty and hadn’t been used in months or freshened up. The fire place wasn’t working. People were smoking in the guest area.

  : Breakfast is no longer served which the host told me when I confirmed my reservation. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The host, Bill, was friendly, kind and full of recommendations for dining and sights to see on the island. We stayed in Room #1 which was very large with a king size bed and a view of the creek. The best thing was just relaxing on the porch swing and enjoying the quiet and stillness. I highly recommend staying here and I plan on going back again.

  : Building and room have no locks or keys, there is no one at the property to greet you, but the manager did call me to explain that. If you are worried about security, this is not the place for you. He assured me that things are very safe on the Island, but I assume that would not be legally binding if something were to have been stolen. No breakfast was provided. There was a coffee station with creamer, no fresh milk. I went out for a coffee - not a 'bed and breakfast'. For the level of services and quality of linens etc. the price was crazy high, but it was Memorial Day weekend. Off season would probably be more reasonable.
