: The room was very spacious and except for the few ants that came from the flower pots, it was very clean. The staff was really friendly and they were very quick to help with the only small issue we had (the AC remote not working).
: The biggest minus was that we knew there would be an available parking lot and there wasn't - we had to park on the side of the road. The other issues were small and they take into consideration the high price we paid for the accommodation: - the bar kitchen table doesn't work with the normal chairs - they are too high for the adults, not to mention the children; - there's a stove available, but there aren't any pots; so if you don't bring you own pots, you can't even heat water (we didn't have a kettle, as I have seen in other pictures) Later update: After publishing my review, I was called (didn't answer) and then politely texted to modify the rating.

: The appartment we had was excellent-modern, clean, comfortable for a family of 5. The family that runs this hotel was attentive to all our needs and friendly. On our second night we had a problem with the hot water. They came immediately and called an electrician. It was sunday so could be fixed only the following morning, so we recieved keys to another appartment which did have hot water- for us that was an adequate solution. The following day it was fixed and worked properly. Breakfast was great with something for everybody. The neighnorhood is not central-but quiet and within short driving distance from the historic center. All in all a very good experience.
: Third floor, no elevator, with a baby.... It would be nice if apon arrival we had a bottle of water in the room, coffe and milk. The kitchen had cutlery, plates and cups, we could use a few pots and pans as well (we recieved them when requested, though).
