  : Room was pleasantly decorated. Breakfast was fine (although I suspect it had been sitting under a heater for a while).
  : Asked in advance via booking.com for twin beds. Not provided on our arrival mid-afternoon. The person behind the bar said it would be done by the time we returned later after walk into town. Was still not done by around 9pm so someone had to ask a girl to do it - could have offered us a free drink perhaps while we waited. Room was clean but the stairway past the kitchen up to the bedrooms had bits and bobs lying there and needed a hoovering. Get the idea there is more interest in the pub side than the 'hotel' aspect.

  : Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Kate. En-suite was very good with plenty of toiletries provided and good hot shower. Bed was clean and comfortable.
  : The passages and staircases between the main pub and bedrooms was grubby and smelt stale. The location of the pub was farther from the seafront than the impression given in the advertisement on the booking site.
