Nonna Pappa

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: The view from the bedrooms and kitchen was gorgeous. The apartment was large and well equipped. The location cant be beat. Luigi was a gracious host.
: There was a step to enter each room. In order to avoid a trip hazard, we placed something by each entry to bring attention to the steps. That worked fine and we would gladly stay at this apartment again.

Very Good
Traveller Type:
: Rep quickly arrived with keys. Explained access etc and was very pleasant and efficient.
: It was quite warm for October and bedrooms were quite uncomfortably hot, despite fans being provided . There are only small windows in the property (typical of age), but therefore difficult to ventilate and made bedroom 2 very dark.

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Great location. Private.
  : Lots of room.

Very Good
Traveller Type:
  : Not Ikea like. Authentic

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Location and the views from the bedroom were great
: Heating did not work - the owner came and tried to sort it but giving remarks about what I should have done to the boiler to make it work not my job, I came to enjoy Siena. She left saying it should work in 10 mins, it didnt so I messaged her again and she didnt reply and left us in the cold apartment with our young daughter. A guy came the next day after I messaged again he sorted the hot water but the heating still didnt work.so I finally gave up.This apartment has so much potential in such a beautiful building
