: The Villa was very beautiful and had a great view over the Tuscany nature. You could reach the city center by 20 min walking. The owner was flexible for check in and check out. All in all, we were satisfied.
: There were a couple of minor problems with our stay: 1) The Villa had a security system with alarm. There was a problem with the system and there were very loud alarms every few hours. We had to wake up at night regularly because of the alarm. 2) We had a shared bathroom. We were a little unlucky with the neighbours who were using the bathroom, since they were showering at 3 AM, and making noises which woke us up every night.

: Location and kitchen were the selling points for me. Kitchen was basic, but adequate. Vittoria, was "Swiss efficient" in replying to questions, and sorting out things.
: The cleaner wasn't happy that I used the toilet after she had cleaned it. Technically she's correct, but as a tourist in Italy, toilets are hard to come by and to be told off was disappointing, and leaves a bad memory. I'm wondering if she knows what it's like to be a traveler. It's the small things that make a good impression, and this didn't, even though she's RIGHT.

: The room was very spacious and the view from the terrace was awesome. Best of all, its location is within walking distance from public transportation and its right in front of Porta Camollia!

: Super location, close to the city walls and 10 minutes walk from main sites in Siena. The place is clean and rooms are spacious. There is a kitchen if you want to use it. The view from the garden/ patio is spectacular! Host is friendly and communication before and during the stay was optimal! Recommended.
: The parking seems included (or perhaps that is what I understood) when you make the booking but it isnt and it costs 18 euros per day!

: The location was well situated with close access to the train line, old town center and University. Owner maintained great communication, responded promptly and provided great suggestions for food.
: Stayed in mid-April and with the nights still being a bit cold, could not turn on the heat as owner said according to the laws they cannot. Would've appreciated some leniency considering I stayed 1 night and was charged 30eur for parking.

: Proximity to the historical center and the spacious rooms
: Starting from the towels to the furniture, the place felt like a bit old and worn out. It was also a bit cold and humid during our stay.
