  : The rooms were very poor. Dirty stained walls. Bulbs missing from bedside lamps. Broken door handle to terrace area. Musty smell covered by bleach....

  : Half board buffet breakfast and dinner kept us fully satisfied. Very comfy lounge areas both inside and outside. There were a couple of school parties there which added to the noise levels at dinner but didn’t bother us. Overall a very pleasant atmosphere.
  : Although we were given one of the large family suites (probably to keep us separate from the school trips) our room was very warm and no way to control the heating which gurgled all night! Didn’t bother complaining as we just left the window open all night. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Next time I’ll bring my own.

  : The staff were helpful enough and looked after our complaint about the large group of school children running riot through the corridor at 23:00. The ski-in ski-out location is very good but you do need to be able to walk down over 300 stairs to get to the plaza, and then of course you need to walk back up them.Eating out, I can recommend the El Bistro Pizzaria as it opens early and Restaurante La Antorcha (opens 19:30) purely for the sausage tree complimentary starter and the OX Tenderloin is huge.
  : When we arrived we went for a drink on the terrace but the tables were pushed up against each other so we had to separate them to sit down. There had been a storm a couple of days before but it seemed there was no urgency to clear the mess.On our first night we went out for a meal but when we returned to the hotel at 23:00 and arrived at our floor, we were faced with school children shouting from each room and running up and down the corridor. I asked them politely to go to bed which they did but not 10 minutes later they were running around and shouting again. I went to reception to complain and they called the teacher straightaway. By the time I got to my room, the teacher was speaking to the children.The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress dipped so much it was like sleeping in a hammock. We had a very restless few hours and at 03:30 we had no choice but to turn the mattress over and it wasn't the cleanest!In the morning we asked for a different room but we were told they were full, however I insisted due to the noise and unsatisfactory mattress. Happily they did relocate us to the top floor which was much better, although the hotel is old and in need of some TLC. The walls are very thin, so I highly recommend earplugs if you do decide to stay.We ate out every night (3) but most restaurants don't open until 19:30/20:00. Of course that's not the hotels fault though.
