WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 16 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 5 years old and over stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
Piscina is closed from Sat 15 Oct 2022 until Mon 15 May 2023
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

A surcharge of EUR 20 applies from 19:00 until 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The swimming pool is available only during summer.

Please note that heating is available at extra costs and is charged on consumption.
