  : I loved the staff. Very friendly.
  : They didn’t provide water when I arrived that was a bummer. I was told upon arrival that there was no valet and so I had to use a free open garage down the street and around the corner. I was a little disturbed by that. Also, there’s construction in the front so the U shaped entrance is now a one way in one way out for 1 car so if you pull in you’ll be trapped until others leave their spots. My room was located ALL the way in the corner next to two other occupied rooms. I think they should have the rooms occupied with every other room especially now during Covid you can be. The only reason I ask this is because the walls are paper thin. My neighbors were having a slumber party and the kids were throwing themselves against the wall. The reason I know is because I heard the kids yell those words. Also, whoever cleaned the room had dirty shoes on because you could see the dirty foot prints on the floor. And I received my extra pillows the next day of my stay. I would suggest switching from feather pillows because they were so thin it was like I was sleeping on the bed itself. The only good thing was the large fridge but I think the renovations could be better. It’s a decent place to stay in a pinch but I wouldn’t stay here again.

  : The entire stay was a very bad experience from the time of check in to check out. The hotel staff was not friendly at check in or check out. I noticed I was over charged and there was no apology given to me at all. I worked for Hilton for 6 years so I know the standards and they were not met with this stay at this property. Will never stay here again.

  : The location and it was modern snd clean.
  : When I arrived they didn’t have my reservation from Booking.com. They could only give me 5 out of the 12 nights I had booked because the hotel was “closing.” I wasn’t able to get the room that I had booked with a bath tub and there was no hand held shower option.The washers and dryers which I was counting on were not functioning.
