  : We liked the layout and decor of the property - Rustic. Very well stocked - pots, pans, dishes, hand utensils. Enjoyed the gas fireplace after property management replaced lost remote controller. The person responsible for resolving issues was superb in resolving all issues.
  : No building letter visible at the entrance to parking lot or from parking lot. Difficuld to locate in snow storm and at night.

  : I booked this place to work remotely for 3 days and confirmed before booking that there is strong wifi. It turned out that the speed was only 10MBPS and was very spotty. There also wasn’t good cellular reception to substitute (we have ATT and Verizon). We could not find the router to try to reset and only got spotty Internet in one corner of the apartment so wonder if there is even a dedicated router for this place. Tried reaching out by message and phone on the first morning to no avail. The agent over the phone said she’s file a ticket and I’d get a response within the hour (which I didn’t). I tried to reach out again on the second day and again, no help. Place is outdated but fine if you don’t need wifi but if having strong wifi or good customer service is important to you, then do not stay here!

  : Handicapped parking available. Clean facilities although not sure if we should have done any additional cleaning on arrival, nothing was marked as cleaned.
  : Laundry in the basement and coin operated. Not sure if linen exchange with extended stay, although a good supply of bath towels and wash clothes.
