  : I love the location of it. 30 mins away from Durango where we were able to do some of the activities. We had a nice scenery away from town yet not too far to be able to explore as well. It was also pretty spacious.
  : Some sheets were dirty as if not washed. As well as the couch, it had the same white stain which made us feel uncomfortable. The only main complaint I have are the sheets and the beds. The beds are uncomfortable. They were pretty rough to lay on. My body is still sore from it.

  : Facility was nice, but remote. Check in was horrible. It took several phone calls to see if we could check in 2 hours early. When we were finally there we were the only ones there which meant there was nor reason for all of the delays.
  : No notice in the 9 pages of info that there was no place to even get a cup of coffee within 25 miles. The apartment did not supply coffee, tea or anything.

  : Would have loved to stay but my card kept being charged multiple $300 payments. then i was contacted because my payment was declined. How would it not be with so many recurring charges from the same place. Called and spoke to a woman who continued to run my card without asking,while I was on the call with her. Called my bank and they informed me the payment was being blocked because it was suspicious activity. Attempted to reach out twice more to inform her it was cleared and she could take the payment. Just to never receive any response. Our group had to find a different place to stay on short notice due to this situation. Customer service gets a 0 rating from us. will never attempt to stay here again and will be getting the word out to avoid at all costs.
