  : The shower was dirty, the room was a little dirty, a lamp didn’t work, tv wasn’t great. The breakfast was cold.

  : We had booked our room on booking.com, the day prior to our stay, as we were traveling. Check in worked seamlessly.
  : There was a lot of noise, yelling and people running past our door as well as several people out in the hallway charging their phones. There was another group outside in the parking lot and we were concerned about the safety of our vehicle. We ended up leaving at 4 am because we couldn’t sleep and saw two young women out in the hallway as we entered the elevator. When leaving through the main lobby, lights were out and there was a sign in the front, desk associate was away helping other guests, so I called and spoke with Joseph after leaving. He took my information and I requested a call back but I have not heard anything. I hope there will be follow up, so other guests do not have a similar experience.

  : We had 6 people and sofa bed was only a trundle so only had 5 beds so someone had to sleep on the couch.

  : The elevator was broken, pool was broken (I have kids that why I chose an accommodation with indoor pool). Mosquitoes were so bad you couldn’t stand outside for 30 seconds without getting eaten up. Lots of standing water around parking lot. Staff was ok.
