  : The location was nice about 7 min walk to the island. Free parking was available in the street nearby for free or you could also park at the train station which was 5 min away. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious offering a kitchen.
  : The bathroom was malfunctioning, bidet was not flowing any water out and one of the shower handles was broken and the first time I opened it to wash my feet since the bidet was not functioning normally it got me all wet. The breakfast was a 5/10 just because you could only pick 1 pastry and only something to drink and that was not enough for breakfast.

  : The appartment had everything we needed. This made our cooking efforts easy. It was cool, spacious and comfortable particularly as it was rather hot outside!
  : The bathroom was poorly ventilated and felt damp most of the time. The breakfast option was simply a voucher for a drink and pastry at a local coffee shop.

  : Damage on the bathroomNo 2nd key!!! We still.dont understand their policy to not give a 2nd key!!! So, if for example someone want to go out early and the rest family is sleeping ...you can go out with the keys and the rest ones will stay with no electricity at the flat!! Thus, no a/c, no lights...!!

  : Its location, no need to take public transport at all. The room was nice, with a nice terrace.

  : Im afraid I would not recommend this apartment
  : We paid for an upgrade to a deluxe apartment that should have a hot tub living room the works when we arrived we got a basic appointment on the top floor . They apologised and said an error had occurred and they had rebooked it . NO Ofer of any money back ( booking . Com need to look into this) also breakfast is not at the apartment you have to go to another restaurant and when we did it was closed for the holidays. All in all not a good experience. If you do book ask if the room is on the top floor , we had to climb 4 flights of very steep unsafe stairs. Im 65 and quite fit but those stairs are dangerous especially with heavy suitcases the equivalent of climbing loft ladders. See photos

  : I guess the best things about this place were its location and the style of the room which was quite unique. We stayed at the ground level room with high ceiling, whose doors open up to directly to the street. We saw a lot of homes similar to this one during our trip in Sicily and it was interesting to be staying in a similar one for one night. The owner was a really nice guy and spoke good English. The room had a kitchen which we didn't use. Parking was on the side street and was difficult to find.
  : This facility has a good potential but it's currently failing at delivering the basic necessities that we expected from a holiday apartment. First of all the room had a damp smell and this was no surprize because you could see the mould growing on walls and in the bathroom. There is generally a problem with the ventilation hence the damp air and the mould, the operator must solve this issue somehow. There is a large window at the far end of the room that opens up to the ventilation shaft which was full of the external AC units and I'm not sure if this is a good idea. First, the noise coming from this shaft during the night is not tolerable. Second, the light which was constantly on and shining above your bed. This window must be isolated and covered at least with a curtain. AC was not able to cope up with the volume of the room (high ceiling and large floor area) and was extremely loud. Combine that with the noise from the ventilation shaft it felt like we were in the engine room of a ship. We had to turn it of which meant that we had to suffer a sweaty night. We could hear every little noise in our surroundings. This not only includes the street sweepers or garbage trucks but also the people at the reception or guests in the upper rooms coming back to their rooms and walking on the staircase. I don't really want to talk about the state of the showerhead was in, it was discusting. Again, this place has a potential but you must invest in the building until the guests can be satisfied with it.
