  : The apartment was well equipped and comfortable for a week long stay. It did not match the photos on Booking.com, as I believe these photos reflect the upper floor, larger apartments, but it was fine for us. Easy access to swimming pool, which was lovely, and a reasonable selection of nearby bars and restaurants available. 45 minute walk, or 15 minute bus ride to Sirmione, which did not cause us any issues
  : The obvious answer is the building work on either side of the property, which we were not aware of and would have made us think twice about booking. Most of the time we were out during the day, but on the last two days the noise from both sides was pretty unbearable, and made it impossible to stay at the pool or even in the apartment. I appreciate the owner may not have known about the extent of any work being done, but it did affect our day times

  : We really liked this property - we had a two bedroom apartment which was incredibly spacious and the air conditioning was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were good kitchen supplies so that we could self-cater. The pool facilities were really clean and there were always plenty of seats and umbrellas to use. Due to the small number of apartments at the property the pool was never very busy which made it feel like a real luxury. There are amazing views of Lake Garda from the upper apartments, and plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance, and a market and gelateria. It is a more residential area, so does not feel too hectic. The check in process was easy and Rosa was a great host answering any queries. There was excellent WiFi. The apartments are really well sound-proofed and we had a great sleep! I would definitely return.
  : The only things I would note about this property are nothing to do with the property itself, but advice if you stay here. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance, but Sirmione is a bus ride away, which when the bus turns up is a very easy journey and takes you right to the castle. However, the buses are not reliable to the timetable and sometimes don't turn up at all. It is also hard to order taxis. We didn't hire a car on this trip and perhaps it would have been helpful to, as the apartments are a fair distance from the Sirmione peninsula if walking. As other reviews note, there is building work going on next to the Villa, however this did not detract from our stay at all and is not within the control of the property.

  : Excellent facilities in a great location for sightseeing around the Southern side of Lake Garda. The property was immaculate, well equipped including beach towels, hairdryer, basic toiletries.We rented bikes from nearby rental shop and enjoyed exploring the lake.
  : No view of the lake from ground floor apartment. The construction noise from the building next door meant we did not avail of the pool as much as we might have. Obviously this is not within the control of the apartment owners so maybe we should have read previous reviews this summer. An email upon booking to prepare us and prices should reflect this inconvenience.

  : The apartment was quite spacious and the pool and outside area was beautiful. We also really liked the terrace. By bike it was easy to reach supermarkets and Sirmione city.
  : The kitchen was lacking some useful items like a casserole dish and a bigger pan. The cutlery had limited amounts if you don't start the dishwasher after every meal. The lighting and interior in general were not that cozy.

  : Really nice view if you have a second floor unit with a beautiful terrace, quiet, and nice toiletry products, plus a bottle of wine to welcome you.
  : If on the bottom floor, no view, and the pool has no view (bushes for privacy). Very small sofa in living room was the only seating other than the dining room and the room wasn't really decorated or attractive. Construction nextdoor - huge building with noise and blocking the view partially. You need to have a car - there were hardly any taxis and the bus was unreliable. No check-in staff. I had to wait for someone at the gate and it was a little challenging to communicate with her and understand what amenities were available (though she was very nice).

  : Everything was clean. The price was correct regarding the size of the appartment and the location. Someone was there every day to answer questions.
  : Unfortunately, the building next door was in labour and it was a bit noisy for staying at the pool.

  : Clean and comfortable. The unit had very good security and locks so it felt very safe. The park and walkway close by were enjoyable.
  : Certainly not within the hosts control but construction on building next door was very loud. Banging, hammering, and grinding all day from 8-6. Fortunately we were busy during the day and not relaxing at the property.so it was ok.
