  : Friendly guy, very smooth checked in. He doesn't speak English, only Spanish, but he has Google translate app. Excellent location, 10 mins walk away from the old town without the chaos. Little cafes, a microbrewery and restaurants are actually peppered around the location, just need to explore a bit.
  : The swimming pool is empty as in, no water. I actually choose the location for the rooftop pool and the excellent view....Wasn't informed prior, I would have moved to somewhere else. Patchy internet and air conditioning is inconsistent... sometimes blowing sometimes just stopped. Slept with the window open as it is quiet enough.

  : The apartment was spacious, clean, with properly working aircon, and the bed was comfortable. The check in process was a bit delayed and not as smooth as we expected, but the person who received us was helpful and friendly. He was also available when we had an issue with one of the access cards.
  : The apartment was in a good condition in general, but the kitchen (cooking) unit could have been better equipped and maintained. There was just one kitchen knife which was totally dull and unable to cut any food, bread, vegetables, meat, anything really. There was no knife sharpener either, so we couldn't sharpen the knife. We had to use a table knife which was actually much sharper. There was an induction stove in the apartment, but not all the pots and pans provided were suitable for induction cooking, so we had to use just one pot, and one small pan. There was no wooden spoon/spatula either, so the protection coating on the pans was always at risk.There was also a small table to eat, but placed in such a way that only one person could eat at a time. That was quite inconvenient. There were no litter bags provided either.The bathroom was ok, but there was no shower gel, and the dispenser was just empty with some traces of old gel inside.It's also worth mentioning, that the roof top swimming pool was empty, as there were water shortages in the region. This is perfectly understandable, but it should be clearly mentioned in the property description as some people may get mislead, and choose this property precisely for the swimming pool. Let me just point out that there were working swimming pools in Sitges at some hotels, so if you were interested in having a swimming pool available and chose this apartment you'd be unpleasantly surprised. Lucky for us, we weren't really interested in having a swimming pool, but still, it shouldn't have been advertised as available.There building lift didn't work either, so bear in mind if you carry heavy luggage.We also received misleading information regarding the late check out from the property through booking.com.
