  : Great location a short walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. The apartment was functional rather than luxurious but it was clean and overall, it was very good value. Off-street parking was a big bonus. The area was quiet in the evening.
  : No dishwasher, no wifi, no air conditioning. We weren't expecting these as the apartment does not advertise that it has them but these days, those three things really should be included with a villa in Spain. It was nice to have access to a pool but when we visited at the end of September, the water was too cold to use it. The kitchen needs updating and the outside of the building needs a new coat of paint but we were happy with it for the price we paid.

  : It was a family gathering with 9 people. The space is great for this purpose. Plenty of space to be with the family, little garden and outdoor space. The house is a bit dated but its clean and everything works (including the heating as it was Christmas!) . The house is located in a residential area 15 minutes walking distance from the center. Bicycles are provided with the booking which is great to go around everywhere quickly. In spite of the negatives that I will list bellow, I would recommend the house. It's good value for money. Just take these things into account so you know.
  : The house is managed by a local hotel which is quite far form the house itself. Before you get into the house you have to catch a bus (if you are coming by train), get the keys and do the check in. Then, you either walk for 30 minutes (with your luggage) or you catch a taxi (8 euros). The house doesn't have ANY of the basics that you would expect in rented apartments/houses, like: hand soap, replacement toilet paper (only one roll per toilet.... but we were 9 people staying for 3 days!), and a little tiny bottle of washing up liquid (30ml). So, we had to start buying all the essential that we were expecting to find there already.... not to mention those little important things that you usually find in rented places like salt, pepper, oil... those things that previous hosts have left behind and that they are sooooo appreciated so that you don;t have to do a huge shopping just for a few days! The kitchen is well equipped with the basics to be able to cook, however, only 4 wine glasses (all of different sorts), which doesn't seem local in a house accommodating 10 people.
