  : The staff were nice, the room was so clean and such an amazing view! The whole pool area is nice as well. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to go to the closest beach as it was closed for some reason.

  : The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My room had an ocean view and was easy to access from the reception area. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.
  : A small kitchenette would have been handy. There is plenty of space in the room to add a kitchen if required. Whilst there was evidence of maintenance, the building is old and needs renovating. I would also recommend changing the door lock so that it can be locked from the inside without the key. It was quite difficult to lock the door at night, as the key had to be placed into the plastic holder for the electricity, which means that you have to lock the door in the dark, as you cannot turn on the lights until the key is in the holder.

  : Good location.
  : The hotel's cleanliness did not meet the minimum standards. The towels and bedsheets were not changed regularly and even upon request, there were delays in doing so. In one of the rooms there was a cockroach and rubbish under the bed and even though we flagged this, the bedsheets and towels were not subsequently changed - which was the minimum of what we expected. Some of the fresh towels we were provided were damp. We also had to change rooms after the first night due to an internal mix up and were overcharged for an extra room which we had not booked. The funds for the extra room were eventually returned. Lastly, the hotel staff were not understanding or accommodating to most of our requests.
