  : Lovely staff, and bar area. Nice cooked breakfast.
  : Bar was rather scarce of beer considering it was a Fri night, and towards end of season. Beer on tap had run out.Room was 'tired' decor wise, and beds were very creaky. Pillows weren't great and were quite stained. Lift stank of the sump pump below, and you could hear the water!

  : Both rooms were very basic and not a true representation of the photos, they were in honesty dirty. No remote for the tv in one room and after 4 trips to reception then waiting for the manager to arrive 4hrs later we were given one that worked. I requested a ground floor room as mother has mobility issues and was told there is a lift to all floors of the property, on arrival we were on the first floor up 2 flights of stairs which the lift did not go too!. 4hrs later I was offered a room on the ground floor, on inspection it had an extremely strong smell of urine.On arrival we were also informed there would be no cooked breakfast in the morning, not a huge problem but no discount either. Manager quite arrogant but staff doing their best and friendly.

  : When we booked in the staff said only continentalbreakfast in morning,(was looking forward to a full English)the lad said don't worry we'll look after you,goes down for breakfast it was full English 100%.(we are big lads can't beat a full English).
  : The room was to small, nothing to sit on only the beds,we went to make a cup of tea and no cups so we took the tea bags and coffee out of the cup's and used them also lovely view of the car park,only there for one night, shower ok, would return (in a bigger room) staff fine, parking for about 10cars I parked on road, breakfast (English) spot on, location 100%,see you soon Scarborough hotel.
