  : I did not appreciate having my reservation put on hold at 6 pm and being given until the morning to change the card. The reservation was made under my husband's name, but the card was on mine. And when I desperately called at midnight to assure them that it is not a fraud ,a gentleman who was not at all gentle, kind or helpful,felt the need to point out sarcastically that it is very late and that is not his problem. Very rude. I also did not like that we had to tell the reception a room makeover was not necessary. They did not provide signs to say you don't want to be disturbed. I found that odd.
