: Great location, so peaceful but with plenty of wildlife and a few walkers. Our collie puppy was in heaven in and out of the river. Went on some lovely walks from the farm and further afield in the car. Cottage was really comfortable and well equipped, friendly reception from Helen. Wifi and smart TV worked a treat.
: We tried to light the fire but the wood was a bit too wet. Not a big problem in the scheme of things.

: Lovely and clean and plenty of facilities, very remote which is what we wanted but beautiful countryside which is easily accessible by car. Dog friendly and no fireworks to be heard which was our plan. 20 min drive to Hawes with nice pubs serving good food.

: It was really rural, so fantastic for 2 scared pooches as we'd booked to get away from the fireworks, the facilities were excellent and the owners really helpful and friendly.
: A 5pm check in and an 8.30am check out is out of touch with all other properties we've stayed at. (We did request an earlier check in and later check out which was agreed) but particularly in winter, driving a farm track in the dark, that was tough, but losing what would be half a day due to these timings took the shine off what was otherwise a fantastic and highly recommended place to stay.
