  : The view was great. Very beautiful. The cost was reasonable. Although the spa was mediocre, it was nice to have one on site.
  : Everything was mediocre, except for the view which was great, and the staff who were less impressive. The card reader was broken at the reception desk. Luckily we brought enough cash. No other guest or staff member wore a mask for even one second all weekend, despite signs requiring them. The room was cold, the restaurant was colder, and the hallways were freezing. My girl wore her ski pants and coat to breakfast. The restaurant had one vegetarian dish on the whole menu. All of the breakfast options included meat. The wifi didn't work in our room. The TV was about 30 years old, and only had a composite video input. Our backs hurt in the morning after sleeping in the bed. There is no elevator to the restaurant or spa. We were on the top floor of the hotel, and had to take the elevator to the first floor, walk over to the lobby, and then climb the stairs to get to the restaurant or spa. The spa wouldn't take phone calls, so you had to do this long walk just to ask about availability, see prices, or make reservations. Every service we asked about in the spa was one person at-a-time, so we couldn't use the hot tub together, for example. My girl forgot her toothbrush. The hotel had toothpaste, but no toothbrushes, so we had to walk to town to buy one. Just generally poor service with little thought for their guests or their comfort.
