  : Location, good value, staff very friendly. Infused water available on arrival.
  : NOISE! Unbearable noise coming out from the building works opposite the hotel starting at 7am!!! Like someone was drilling into our heads.

  : Clean, helpful staff. The breakfast was great and the free exercusions offered by the hotel were a nice touch.
  : Main manager having staff talks in the dining room, go do that in your office! It's unprofessional and I don't want to have to enjoy my overpriced drinks whilst listening to you tell your staff member rather aggressively about upselling. Twice your room service kept knocking on the door when there was a do not disturb sign clearly displayed. One was to go us a birthday candle made out of towels (not required and annoying as we were both sleeping). Can't control the air conditioning without a remote, meaning any adjustment in the night you have to go out of bed for.

  : Small but clean well appointed room. Nespresso maker was a plus.
  : Loads of construction on 10th floor above my room and outside that was quite loud and did not permit for a holiday sleep in.

  : Few maintenance issues - wear and tear in the room. Builders and cleaners equipment always outside our room. Construction site happening opposite hotel which is VERY loud.!

  : Recommended by a friend in Malta, this is an excellent location for anything in Sliema and a modern, well-presented hotel, comfortable rooms and facilities. Check-in was friendly and helpful and staff generally were helpful. We had not paid a price that included breakfast so I wasn't too pleased on our first morning to be told rather abruptly that I had not paid for breakfast. I was less pleased when I was not able to charge this to the room as, apparently, no-one had taken a print of my card-although I'd paid in full on check-in. So I paid for two breakfasts with my VISA Card. It's small things like this that are truly annoying. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay and breakfast was excellent value for 2 mornings and we provisioned ourselves at the local SPAR for two other mornings.
  : As our room wasn't available on arrival, the staff pointed us to their beach club-which we explored a couple of days later. This seems to be newly opened and may not be fully finished. Plenty of sun-beds and overlooking the sea, the location is fine but there were no coffee, drinks or snack dining facilities available which seems rather odd

  : Loved the beach club and infinity pool. Spent a few days just flopped on a lounger there and had the best time. The greek salad they offer there is really nice. The spa and sauna was a nice way to unwind. Ideal location.
  : The construction work right outside my room. The balcony is tiny - but you wouldnt want to sit out there anyway because of the noise.
