  : They didn’t clean,the room was eas filthy I had to clean everything and change the bedding to my own bedding, they had bugs. Wasn’t offered toiletries or anything and they property doesn’t refund because they know their facilities are dirty I am highly upset. And notified corporate and sent in pictures and videos

  : Nothing because I didn’t stay there and ended up sleeping in my vehicle.
  : They didn’t have any rooms available but according to Booking.com APP they had rooms. I get to the location in person and was advised to call and cancel reservation and be refunded. Even tried other locations in the area and no one had vacancy. Even called customer service and was advised that they were able to locate a different hotel how had availability. I called the Country Inn location and they didn’t have any vacancy either. I paid for Red Roof already and didn’t even have the funds to be trying to book another room. I called the Country Inn location and was informed that they didn’t have anything available. So overall I was lied to about availability at both locations spent money and still haven’t gotten a refund back for it, and ended up sleeping in my car.

  : The room smelled moldy. The mirror and hair dryer were both broken. I did not take a shower there but even if I planned on doing so I wouldn't have because the shower was gross. The sheets were rough. There were big cracks in the wall up near the ceiling above the sink. The towels and washcloths were clean but had stains on them as well as one of the pillow cases.
