  : We live only 2 hours away and simply wanted to take a mini hot tub vacation. However, even though this Vacasa property is advertised with a hot tub, it isn't working. We booked this property specifically because it has a hot tub, so the fact that it wasn't working ruined our entire vacation. It wasn't until after we arrived that we were told it wasn't working and, even after repeated requests over two days to fix it for us, it never was. Just getting the property manager to call us back was difficult. We could have stayed home and not wasted our entire weekend and our $700 if we had been told in advance. The owner did not fulfill the promises of their posting and the entire purpose for our stay was withheld from us. This is a serious breech of contract and I am seeking a full refund.This property is also missing a lot of otherwise expected items -- e.g. pens/pencils, light bulbs (several were burnt out), a broom (for the deck), and a garden hose.
