  : Excellent location. Walking distance from most attractions. Serdika Metro station just 200 m from property. No curfew. Late check-in was accepted.

  : Shared mixed rooms, so it was hard to sleep properly.

  : They had a washing machine & dryer.
  : The owner was horrible to guests, rude & he had a very bad attitude. He has long hair, & wears a black hat. He shouted at me on the 1st/2nd day. The staff had to be repeatedly asked to clean upstairs. I was told that I have a problem with my hearing because i was speaking to loudly but, several of us where crammed into the kitchen because he would sleep on the sofa, in the communal lounge. The owners didn't like us watching the tv as paying guests, yet he watched business news all day. He shouted at my friend in the hostel, (who is from London & was born in Peru), telling him he had to empty the dishwasher & all the items had to be in the cupboards. We were guests, not staff, not his employees. It was horrible, like torture. He shouldn't be in business. Myself & 3 other guests were talking in the kitchen saying what a horrible hostel & environment, the bad atmosphere the staff create. Why have a tv in the lounge, if no one can watch it. They don't know how to treat their customers. Avoid.
