  : Not much to like, avoid at all costs, even if the price seems reasonable
  : Cockroaches, mold, dirty and dusty. Description and pictures do not match the real situation. Bathroom is not private but an old small toilet room in the hallway that has one shower head - water doesnt flow away, so it is all of the time overflowed with dusty dirty water, no air ventilation so extremely humid. Ceiling in the bathroom is full of dust, very dangerous if you have allergies.The room was dirty, extremely dusty too and patches of fuzzy mold on the walls, also plenty of brownish dirt stripes on the walls. There are thumb size cockroaches in the room crawling around and hiding in the gaps between the floors and walls. Bedsheets were old and torn with holes. In all of the apartment and especially the staircase there is a very unpleasant smell. Communication with the host was awful. Starting from the very begginning we reveived zero reaction to any of our questions and later also complaints - they only send you automatic messages regarding checking-in. After couple of days of trying to adapt and make it work we decided to move out early to a place that would be at least tidy. Host did not answer my calls (perhaps because he knew Im dissatisfied and had called before), only picked up after we called from another phone. Ignored all of the issues and was very ignorant. We never even hoped to get anything back from them but he himslef immediately announced that he wont give any refunds and was super ignorant to any criticism. Booking.com also replied after 2 days that they cannot take any responsibility and that its all up to the owner. All in all I dont recommend booking this place if you dont want your trip to Sofia ruined.

  : Hard to find even for a local that we asked for help, so much noise after midnight wasn't able to sleep, uncomfortable beds , not safety door, rude receptionist , the machine for coffee doesn't work it just took our money

  : There are two big pros of this place: location & price. The location is more than great. You are in the heart of Sofia which is great if you coinsider spending you time in the center of the city. There is a metro station 2 mins away, while you are close to everything. The price we got is great and when you consider it, well you can't expect much. If you look a cheap place with good location while you pass through Sofia, this is your place. The toilet/ bathrooms are small, but clean and private. The other part of the apartments is like 90's post soviet museum. For the price it's more than great, because as today even the mountain huts take more money per night.
  : We had two rooms with 6 beds, 4 of the beds were great, while 2 of them were quite stiff (room 4 i think). They were hard to sleep even for someone without big expectations. The whole place can look way better with some refreshment like wall repaint and etc. But hey... it's very budget friendly place.
