  : The only positive thing was the location of the property - it is on a Main Street with lots of shops and cafes around. Good access to pharmacies and taxis. Though it was still a little far from the city centre
  : The property was not cleaned when we arrived. Cleaning tools such as a mop and a broom were left in the room. The toilet was not cleaned. The Tv was not set up and not even plugged into the socket. Took time to figure out how to set it all up.NB: the photos are misleading. They have uploaded photos of two different property so you will either get one or the other. It is not clear on booking which one it would be (either the terraced room or the top floor studio). One of the single beds in the terraced room was very noisy. The tiniest movement and you would hear squeaking. The shower was nice and powerful, however there is a curtain attached to separate the shower from the toilet which keeps on sticking to whoever is showering. There is also no kettle in the room. The main issue we had was the fact that there was no instructions or a manual or a small piece of paper left for us. For example with instructions for setting up the tv or the WiFi password details or check in and check out times. We did not encounter any staff and only communicated with them through messaging. They just about attempted to work with us but were a bit passive aggressive. I have stayed with Stay Nexus before a couple of years ago and my opinion was that it was a good value for money and the staff was very friendly and helpful, however now everything was outdated and the walls were damaged. I would not stay there again.

  : The workers are not helpfull, i am struggled vouple hours while waiting the rooms keys. Deffinitelly i am not satisfied.

  : The host did not provide keys after 20h as he promised and called me the day I was already on the airport that he has no one to give me the keys from a room, after few minutes of speaking he promised me call back with in 10 min to find some solution, after one hour waiting I ordered new hotel, after landing in Bulgaria I called Nexus stay, that I already booked another hotel. No money back !!!
