  : Enough space for three people. Clean and comfortable. The personnel was very helpful. Breakfast was good too.
  : Not direct on the Vitosha boulevard but we were already aware of it. 10 minutes of walking.

  : We are a family of 3 (parents and a five year old) the restaurant was clean, situated on a fairly quiet street walking distance from the center. The reception staff were quite friendly and breakfast was great.
  : We stayed here for three nights and the room was cleaned the first morning we went out for a stroll, but the second one it was not cleaned at all (we were particularly interested in getting our garbage taken out as well as our coffee cups changed for the clean ones). I went downstairs to the reception to ask for a garbage bag to take trash out, but the staff seemed a bit confused by that. They offered me a garbage bag and when I asked to get a couple of coffee capsules for the next morning they did not have any available. I asked if I could come later and they said that was OK. When I arrived later, they seemed confused again. They gave us some coffee for the last morning of our stay.

  : The bed was comfortable. Heated floor in bathroom. Breakfast was better than expected.Staff in breakfast room was very attentive.
  : I was asked to move my car to another spot in the parking lot after I got to my room, although I got no instructions where to park when I got the key-card from reception.The soundproof of the room is not good.The pictures of the room do not make it clear, that there are no separate rooms for the bedroom and living area.

  : The apartment was spacious enough and fairly comfortable. It didn't seem noisy. The staff was polite and helpful.
  : The breakfast wasn't that great and I cannot understand the individual portions wrapped in cling film. Everything appears to be individually wrapped in plastic.There were visible stains on the carpets and the sofa in the room. Cleanliness was an issue.The water temperature in the shower was very unstable, going from warm to cold, then to scorching hot without me touching anything.
