  : Apartment was really in the center of the city 3 minutes walk to the main pedestrian zone and most of the points of interest. It also was spacious and tidy. Lift is always a plus. Bed was big and comfortable and kitchen was fully furnished and in great condition. Many channels to watch on TV even Premier League matches. Iliana was helpful and answered all my questions asap. The neighborhood felt safe and nothing out of the ordinary occured
  : Shower had poor drainage and i had to stop and wait for it to suck the water or else it would flood. Didnt have any complementary shower gels and the hair dryer was inadequate. Tv was small, old and didn't have any application to connect your phone. Even though it felt clean( no dust, fresh sheets and pillows, no foul smell) our socks got dirty the day we arrived which means that something went wrong with mopping the floor. Even though its not the rooms problem, the parking conditions are poor in Sofia. Only 2 hour max. park near the city center so i had to leave the car 2 k.m. away in a free parking that -oddly enough-, was safe and many other cars also parked there overnight.

  : Clean but smoky. Smoking is supposed to be prohibited but the ashtray in the apartment shows the revers is true. Calm area but a bit far from restaurants. Wrong address on booking.com. Excellent communication with the host.
  : Very old and outdated matteresses. Furthermore wrong address. Booking.com was informed about the wrong adress stated in the advertisment but hasn't insisted yet by the host.

  : Very friendly and clean apartments, close to the center. Easy to reach all destinations in the center of the city. Good kitchen with all necessary equipment. The host helped us to handle every problem very quickly
  : The parking place was a bad-surprise thing for us, but the owner really very helped to fit this.

  : The apartment is not in the same place as it appears on booking.com. The apartment need a repair. The air conditioners wasn't checked before we arrived.

  : It was spacious and clean and comfortable.
  : The amenities listed in booking .com and what we got was not the same. We are seniors and make sure that there is a lift to transport luggage to higher floors and noting that as an amenity that was available we booked only to find that we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs and the staircase light kept going off and we did have a tough time. If the host has places at different locations having different amenities then each place should be listed separately for us to choose. The location though close to the main boulevard was in a dark and dingy street and we were a bit afraid, as we arrived at around 8 pm and found it difficult to manoeuver without lights.

  : No kettle!!! I absolutely 100% checked absolutely every cupboard. There's the box for a kettle and there's a coffee maker, but no kettle.No tea towels specifically for drying dishesShower doors very rickety and almost falling off.
