  : 1. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I was next to the parking lot and street, but did not notice much noise, so the insulation must be pretty good! 2. It is only a 10-minute walk to the entrance of the beautiful Altstadt. 3. Parking is very convenient and free. One of my colleagues arrived by car and really appreciated it.
  : 1. It was not at all clear how to use public transportation to get to the Altstadt. It would have been nice if there had been a tram/bus schedule clearly visible in reception, or at least a map on how to go to the train station and Altstadt by foot. In the end, these places were quite easy to find, but my first hours in this new city were disorientating. 2. The self check-in device/process at the front door was a little hard to understand. Maybe it was a question of imprecise translation into English from German. 3. The staff did their jobs, but could have been a bit friendly and welcoming.

  : Friendly staff, very clean room. Excellent location with a 10 minute walk to the city. The free use of the bicycles was perfect.

  : Very clean, organized, comfortable bed, great breakfast
  : We had a room on the road side and it is very noisy. If you stay at the Bren self check in hotel you should choose a room on the other side wich is quieter.
