  : Really good location, near the beach, clean, light room, with a great view to the sea. The staff was very friendly and help with any problem. The food was delicious and varied, and fresh.
  : Old furnitured room, we have to pay extra for the fridge in the room, and for the safe box. The everyday cleaning didn't including the floor cleaning, just the other things like the towel changes, the basement empties etc. For one week staying it was need to clean the floor.

  : Insufficient cleanliness: no ventilation in the bathroom; change of towels was often forgotten or incomplete; no change/refill of handsoap (in spite of having left a note); bundles of hair next to the bed and under the bathroom door...Unprofessional staff: the spoken language (other than Spanish obviously) was mostly German...; one of the waiters almost treated us as thieves for a mistake of his (than confirmed from reception), didn't say he was sorry and never greeted us again until the end of our trip; two of the receptionists were disrespectful to us and sneered at our back...

  : Food was dreadful, staff weren't friendly or helpful. Wouldn't recommend for English people. Expensive for all it was. Room was small and cramped, air conditioning didn't work very well, dreadful smell coming from our bathroom.

  : The location was great. Right next to the beach and around a shopping and restaurant area
  : Amenities. Wifi did not work. TV did not work. Very thin walls so very noisy. The light on the balcony would stay on until 11:30 and you cannot switch it off if you want to sleep. Food was ordinary in the hotel for breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff was barely cordial, a few of them even very rude. No sense of hospitality. Not visiting this hotel again.

  : The bathroom was very filthy when we arrived (the toilet that said to be sterilized had feces in it and all over it). We were moved to another, much smaller, room which was still very dirty having human hair all over the place (on the floor, in bed, on the walls). The first night the clima didn't work, so we had to open the window. It was very hot and we were eaten by mosquitos. The hotel staff wasn't very empathetic for our problem. We wanted to leave the hotel and requested the refund for the remaining three nights, but they said they would refund us only half price, so we decided to stay in order not to loose money. They ''fixed'' the clima but I think the thermostat was broken, because it was freezing or not working at all, these were the only two options. It was also so loud and blowing directly into heads that it was impossible to sleep in the room. The room remained dirty for all our stay, the toilet was leaking all the time and you couldn't close the bathroom door, since it didn't fit to the wall. The hotel staff even lied to booking that they have addressed our complaints with a complimentary upgrade of the room??!! I don't know nothing about that, since we were in the same room for all four nights. A really bad experience for us! Especially since we paid 170 eur per night, which is not that symbolic. There is no parking available, so you spend at least half hour every time to find a car park. Breakfast could be better.
