  : Only one outlet in the room, TV didn’t work, towels too old, only one person working and had to call a number to get assistance from someone. Outlet fir hair dryer is above the air vent, ironing board too old, iron water storage leaking, burned my husband pants. Bed sagging, bedsheet too thin for a cold night. Need a full makeover if the property.

  : We picked this property for the location and price. It has taught me a valuable lesson that I should never pick a hotel in wine country based on a price again. Despite everything being terrible, the one good thing was that we were able to cancel without too much hassle and I'm very thankful for that. Also, this property has the potential to be nice if they would just clean it up.
  : My friend and I ended up not staying once we arrived. The first bad sign is that the pool was empty. I understand the drought and wildfires as I've lived in CA my whole life, but it's not acceptable for them to advertise a pool when there isn't a pool to use. It is summer and we specifically picked a property with a pool so we could use the pool. Next, the staff in the office seemed totally confused by everything and when we asked if there is a pool we can use somewhere else they said they didn't know the area. FYI, the Fairmont has a day pass for their pool which took me 5 seconds of googling to find out. Finally, when we went to the room it was filthy. Like gas station bathroom filthy. The fridge was disgusting and covered in stains and the bathroom was so bad we wouldn't have been comfortable walking in there without shoes. Thankfully we were able to cancel and find another hotel in Glen Ellen (with a filled pool!) for only about $200 more. But we were lucky and this may not be the case every time so it has the potential to ruin your vacation.

  : Manager tried, but inexperienced and unable to overcome an ownership that clearly was just letting the place be run down and milking the cash flow.

  : The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. As stated before the lady on the desk, only staff I ever saw tried her best to make the best of a bad situation. Even the ground in front of our unit was dug up with a gaping hole with pipes showing.
  : The Vineyard Inn is run down and unkempt. The grounds look like they were once lovely but now overgrown and need care. The wifi is sketchy. The pool,which looks lovely in the pictures, is drained and needs resurfacing surrounded by unusable old patio furniture. Emerald, who runs the desk is kind, helpful and very responsive..she was the only bright spot in the entire 3 days we stayed. Sonoma was fully booked and prices sky high this past weekend or I would have left and gone elsewhere. As it was we paid an average of $185.00 per night. Very very disappointing and misrepresented.

  : The location is off a busy part of the roadway and you can hear road noise as cars drive by. Pictures on web page present a nicer overall image than what we experienced.
