  : The room was clean and everything seemed new.
  : Not much space to move around the room, the tv wasnt working, the AC unit kept malfunctioning, , after a day out we came back to a very bad smell in the room, with AC on all the time the temperature never went below 28 degrees.

  : Extremly tiny room, breakfast was brought every day to the roome, so we have to dine in the same room we were sleeping with only one chair to sit on. we had a terrase, however when it was raining, we had to dine sitting on the bed. No saponate to clean the dirty plate.

  : Clean room and bathroom, location, nice to have coffee machine and fridge in the room :))
  : a bit small room, could be bigger, very hard to find the address - no signboard outside, we were walking around long time, check-out till 11am - never like early check-outs ;)

  : Location was good and close to the sea.
  : Disappointing attitute towards customer, consisting of both the small and the big things.1. We are quote frequent travellers and we have never encountered a hotel or an apartament that could not give human advice on the convenient place to park a car. Their only answer was This apartment doesnt have a parking. I know and that was why I was asking about a parking lots nearby.2. Strange smell in the room (maybe some strong fragrance, maybe something else). We did not feel it with terrace door open only. You close the terrace door, you leave the apartment, you come back and the smell is here again.3. Not thoroughly cleaned dust. I was searching how to turn on the light on the night-stand, when I noticed a dusty cord and dusty switch.4. An apartment also stated very clearly that taking out the rubbish from the apartment was not their job. It was the third day of our stay when I asked them and they took out the rubbish only from the room, but not from the bathroom. As I told them about that, they said (the exact quote) that We agreed to take out the garbage even though such a service is not in our offer. While booking an apartment I only saw a note that we can cancel any cleaning services during our stay and I did not do so. I strongly believe that refusing to take garbage and not giving clear instructions where we could take the garbage ourselves is simply irresponsible and not meeting basic higiene standards.5. What is more, there were two pillows in our room and they were uncomfortable. While making reservation, pictures clearly showed at least six of them. So, I asked for a third pillow. And they answered like this Unfortunately I cant help you because we dont have additional pillows. So, you do not meet what you show to your client and can calmy repeat that you can not help.6.

  : Excellent location, close to train station, close to the main monte cassino street with all restaurants and shops, bars. Short walking distance to the beach and Molo. My room was decent size and had a kitchenette, fridge. Apt are on the 2nd floor without elevator- may be problematic to some. AC working without issues.
  : Pillows should be replaced. Breakfast not worth the money- same veg/chicken wrap throughout the whole stay (the menu was supposed to be different each day)
