  : + the quality of rooms, nice furniture, comfortable beds, high ceilings+ nice swimming pool
  : - the service statf at the reception desk and around the hotel was nervous and rude, it was hard to fully relax. I asked about loyalty points, they said that I am not permitted to them as I booked my stay via booking.com. They said I should have booked online via their website or called them. OK. However, they didn't invite me to their loyalty program even after our stay, so I read that they really do not want me as part of their club. I got that confirmation at the end of our stay when I asked about leaving a parking, it didn't have the controller inside the parking so I was wondering whether the gates will open automatically. I was informed that I incorrectly parked at the employees parking, which is unlikely as all of the plates were from Warsaw, and the cars were upscale. The lady said that maybe the gate will open, maybe not, "you should try what works". It might sound petty but it paints the picture of the overall attitude of the Radisson Blu Sopot staff.- the price for the breakfast was misleading at the booking.com website. It read 95 pln on the website, which I presumed price for the whole family. I was wrong: it was only for one adult. It is way more expensive than in adhering Sopotorium hotel, not to mention anywhere else nearby.- there was a time limit on using the swimming pool, 1 hour per day, meticulously tracked at the swimming pool reception desk. The usage beyond 1h was extra $$. Such a rip off- the swimming pool had lots of sand at the bottom, people clearly didn't feel the need of using showers before entering- it is not a hotel for families, just for the corporate guys. They offered to us 2+2 family room with a mezzanine bedroom, which was a joke. The ladder was really steep, I cannot imagine any responsible parent sending their small kids to sleep there.   : I liked the atmosphere, the room, the breakfast, the spa and pool area.
  : From our balcony We saw a little girl balancing on the roof of the pool. I ran down to the ground floor, but luckily she had returned to a safe place. It seemed that she had been in the childrens playroom and gone out through an open door that led to the roof. I asked the receptionist to keep this door locked. Unfortunately there were some problems with electricity, so spa was not available one of the days. It would have been nice with a little more comfortable furniture on the balcony.

  : The massage I took in the spa was very lame and below average. Complete waste of money

  : A very new high quality hotel. Great rooms. Near the sea. Dogfrendly! With the best breakfast selection we've ever seen. And there was room for everyone at breakfast and all the food was there all the time.
  : Why is smoking not allowed on the large balconies? This kind of smoking in front of the house around a one trash can is very bad. A dog-friendly hotel could have its own dog-walking garden. And a sauna. You could still go to the sauna in swimwear. In Estonia, where there are dozens of SPAs, everyone is in swimwear. And the entire swimming pool/SPA complex is not suitable for older people with mobility problems.

  : The hotel itself had a very beachy vibe. It is a little way out of town (so a bit of a walk, bus or drive). Had everything you would expect of such a hotelThe pool was beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous, and very quiet when we were there. The pool building was truly lovely. Loved it. The hotel restaurant was excellent. We found ourselves eating there a lot. Great service too.Breakfast was also very good, with all you possible want or need.
  : Guests could only use the pool for a hour a day. This wasn't made clear until you had actually booked it. Also an hour just wasn't long enough to swim and relax. I probably would have picked a different hotel (with a pool) had I know this.
